OWI Assessment Program

 

The OWI Assessment is a court ordered function for individuals who are convicted of Operating While Intoxicated or Operating While Under the Influence.  Each individual is assessed to determine their need for either education or treatment.  Once an individual is assessed, a driver's safety plan is developed and they are referred to an appropriate provider.  Each individual's status is tracked with the driver's safety plan to assure compliance with the DOT.
