Community Integration Program

 

The Community Integration Program is a federal Medicaid waiver program.  This program aids in returning individuals from institutions as well as diverting from institutions by implementing supports in their homes.  Support aids include adaptive aids, adult day care, adult family homes, communication aids, counseling and therapeutic resources, daily living skills training, work related services, home modifications, and specialized transportation.
