How do families get connected with the Birth to 3 Program? 

Families are typically referred by child’s pediatrician, but anyone can refer a child to the program.  

 

A referral is then sent to tri-county Birth to 3 program. A member of the team will contact you to gather additional information and to schedule a developmental screening to begin assessing the child and family’s strengths.
