Substance Use Services

 

In addition to providing OWI assessments, participating in DOC OWI Court, and utilizing evidence-based strategies to combat drunken driving (including biomarker testing), The Human Service Center provides outpatient AODA counseling and contracts with other providers for both outpatient and residential treatment and therapy services for adults.  Locally, the agency contracts with KOINONIA for residential substance abuse treatment.
