Who is Eligible?
Anyone is eligible who is 18 years and older and who experiences a major mental illness, such as schizophrenia, a bi-polar disorder or major depression, which has required repeated acute treatment and which has interfered with completing school, getting and keeping a job, living independently, and having satisfying personal relationships. |
