Who may qualify?
Children under the age of 8 who have been
diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (autism, aspergers
syndrom, or pevasive developmental disorder NOS) by a licensed
psychologist or psychiatrist. Parent(s) must agree to a
minimum or 12 months and a minimum of 20 hours per week of in-home
therapy to be in the program.

How to Apply:

Diagnosis by license psychologist, psychiatrist, or
medical doctor

Referral to The Human Service Center

Disability determination is needed before
application can be made to the State

The State will contact the Support and Service
Coordinator who will then submit the application to add your child
to the State autism waiting list (approx. 11 months)

The State will contact the Coordinator once your
child can begin
